		<description>Yes, it makes it harder to bring in talented and ambitious people and signals to them that we ALWAYS want to be top dog. I think most owners don&#039;t &lt;em&gt;really&lt;/em&gt; want that over the long haul.  Thanks Dave!</description>

		<description>To point #7, if a company is called Maureen Mac Caully, I immediately know the ceiling on how far up the ladder I can climb.  Not that most people think they WILL run the company someday (or even want to), but it&#039;s nice if that&#039;s not off the table.</description>
