Hi. Welcome to my blog. This is where I write about business leadership and principals and processes that I have found to lead to business growth.
I find these principals and processes through my work as a business growth advisor with Anchor Advisors, Ltd. I started Anchor Advisors, Ltd. in April of 2001 and since that time I have worked with hundreds of business owners to help them to clarify their purpose, get the most out of their people, develop consistent processes and identify key performance measures. My goal is to share some of what I’ve learned through that work with you here on the blog.

Other Interests
When I’m not advising with business owners I’m often hanging out with my family. I’m lucky enough to have a terrific wife and 5 beautiful kids. We live in Chicago where I have spent most of my adult life. We really enjoy the diversity of Chicago, the culture, restaurants, festivals and the vibrant communities. I also like to bike (as fast as possible), and am a huge NFL fan.
