These are great goals, thanks for sharing them.  It&#039;s funny how much we are aligned on some of these things.  I&#039;m stealing the retreat one by the way.  I often get so focused on speed that I don&#039;t step back and check direction often enough.  I need to remember that in the wrong direction, speed is a bad thing.
