Brad, found you from a LinkedIn update.
Your goals are admirable and timely, however, most ambitious people fail at their health goals.
It's simply reality.
Will you be one of the many or one of the few who find a million ways to stay motivated?
In 1999, I started running one mailbox a day for a week, the second week, two mailboxes a day, and so on.
Also started doing one push-up per day for a week. Second week, two push ups per day, etc.
Last year represented the USA at the Master's Track & Field World Championships at 400 meters. At 50.
Anyway, you may find my five daily blogs (yes, you read that correctly) motivational. just the kick in the pants to stay with it.
In my spare time, I'm a professional speaker for a Fortune 100. Connect on LinkedIn and Twitter if you want.
